What Is RTT®?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients. RTT® goes beyond, diagnosing what works with clients to build a new therapeutic approach. Unlike traditional hypnotherapy, RTT® does not rely solely on positive reinforcement. Too often this is the sole focus for hypnotherapists.
While using correct, up-to-date, and relevant language when talking to yourself is certainly a part of any transformation, it serves as more of a reinforcement of breakthroughs, rather than the catalyst of them. RTT® therapists are able to reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to reach their subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. Your As a certified RTT® therapist trained by founder Marisa Peer, is equipped with an array of techniques and tools that are crucial, not just in teaching you how to communicate with your subconscious mind, but also directly accessing and fixing whatever blockages may be there.

How Does it Work?
Breakthroughs are achieved by understanding and fixing the root cause, rather than just addressing the symptoms of the presenting issue. This is why RTT® has such a permanent all-pervasive impact, as it erases and eradicates issues at the core for life-changing benefits.
What Should I Expect From a Session?
As the client you will work alongside your therapist uncovering the meaning and interpretation of events.
RTT® uses techniques for purposefully helping the client deal with ‘unfinished business’, meaning it is a technique for addressing the pain that some clients have felt for many years.

About Your Session
Your RTT® session will take between 1 to 2 hours. The session includes a gentle hypnosis, regressions, and an approximately 20 minute personal digital recording.
After the session you will receive your personal recording as a digital copy on your mobile phone or via email. This recording will be made especially for you, tailored to your needs. You will need to listen to your recording daily for at least 21 days (as this is the time the brain needs to reframe neural pathways). However, many of my clients listen to it for longer, because they notice the positive and transformative effects well beyond the 21 days.
The recording is a critical part of the program. Whilst the actual RTT® therapy session amounts to about 60% of the success, and most will notice an immediate effect after the session, the recording amounts to 40%. Therefore, it is important to listen to your recording daily.
RTT® is a particularly powerful and transformative form of therapy that delivers quick results for a range of issues. Therefore, one RTT® therapy session is usually sufficient. In the case of more complex problems, an additional therapy session (max. 3) may be necessary.
